• Where suitable and agreed, introducing you to an independent third-party solar installation company.

3. Independent Installer Relationship & Commercial Disclosures

Any solar installation company to which you may be introduced is an entirely independent business. Synergy Orbit Limited does not employ, manage, supervise, or oversee the installer's personnel, subcontractors, or technical works.

• Surveys & Quotations: Any technical property survey, roof structural evaluation, financial quotation, or performance estimate is conducted solely by the independent installer.
• Contracts: If you decide to proceed with an installation, your contract will be made directly between you and the independent installation provider. We are not a party to that contract.
• Referral Fees: You acknowledge that Synergy Orbit Limited may receive a referral or introduction fee from the installation contractor under our commercial arrangements with them. This does not create an additional charge payable by you directly to Synergy Orbit Limited.
